The training session was delivered by Ms. Olive Strachan, MBE FCIPD, entrepreneur and founder of Olive Strachan Resources. The topic introduced was “Influencing Skills”, where the entrepreuners were divided into four teams, learning how to approach, build an authority, understand people’s nature, learn how to network and more.
